PASIC's Fastest 2018
The WFD PASIC's Fastest 2018 Competition at the Percussive Arts Society International Convention in Indianapolis, IN is in full swing. On November 14th at the Indiana Convention Center, the PASIC 18 event went full swing and in Booth #1531 the competition for PASIC's Fastest was soon underway. Not even near fridgid temperatures and Thursday's ice storm could hinder the non-stop excitment and fierce competition. Check back here for the day to day results as they come in from PASIC 18.
Official Event Results Day 3
The dust is finally settling after the heated competition at PASIC 18 came to a final showdown. The official results are finally in and we now know who is PASIC's fastest in both the Battle of the Hands and the Battle of the Feet competitions.
Eric Carr held fast in 1st place with his score of 1,001 taking the title as PASIC's Fastest in the Battle of the Hands. Howard Bethel stood fast in 2nd place with 975 and John Taylor's score of 961 sealed him in at 3rd place. Winding out the top 5 were Cameron Morris in 4th with 927 and KY NGO with 915 in 5th.
The Battle of the Feet saw more of a shake up, but holding in at 1st place was Corey Sturm with his score of 842. Stephen Dorbish climbed up to 2nd place with 795, and Tommy Cantin scored 740 landing him a solid 3rd place in the standings. KY NGO took 4th place with 731 and rounding out was Logan Frey with 730 in 5th place.

Day 1
The first day of competition left us with Cameron Morris in the current Battle of the Hands 1st place with a score of 927 followed by Ashton Mckinney and Wes Ostlander tied for 2nd with 875. Followed closely behind by Alex Tellez in 3rd with a score of 864.
Meanwhile, in the Battle of the Feet Logan Frey held 1st with 730 followed by Nick Voyma with a score of 656. Jim Berretta and Karthik Ratvri tied for 3rd place with scores of 650. With 2 pairs of ties in the current standings, Day 2 promises to bring lots of excitment into the competition.
Day 2
In the Battle of the Hands, Eric Carr blew everyone out of the water with his score of 1,001 taking 1st place. Howard Bethel came in 2nd with 975 and John Taylor took 3rd with a score of 961. The Battle of the Feet got heated as Corey Sturm took 1st place with a score of 842. Rounding out the top 5 were KY NGO at 4th place with 706 and Nick Voyma hanging in at 5th with his score of 656. With competition getting heated during the frigid ice storm tormenting the area, Day 3 may yet bring another standings shake up as these competitors get ready to prove who's the fastest!
